Shipping Destinations We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs A flat shipping rate of €4,50 applies to all orders, regardless of destination.

Delivery Time Delivery times vary by destination:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. You will be informed of any delays before your order is dispatched.
